Areas of Practice and Relevant Experience:

Ms. Malkowski is an associate attorney with the Grand Rapids office of Hopkins, Yeager & Smith, P.C., where she specializes in subrogation and insurance defense.  In addition to insurance litigation, she has litigated numerous domestic, criminal, and general civil matters.  Ms. Malkowski has successfully argued several issues in the Michigan Court of Appeals and has a strong history of domestic relations, general trial and appellate practice.

Ms. Malkowski’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Aquinas College and a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a concentration in litigation. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan as well as the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan.
